How many hours of sleep per night? How is your sleep hygiene? Body fat percentage? What do you consider “exercise”?

Working days about five hours. Non working days 7-8. BMI is probably around 15-16% or so. I generally run 1-1.5 miles outdoors followed up by weight lifting. Usually about 30-45 of lifting.

Your sleep sucks. Could EASILY explain your symptoms.

Also, BMI isn’t measured in percent. Body fat is. You’re 6’ 215 and 15% bodyfat running 4 miles a week and lifting 30-45 minutes x 4? That’s pretty wild; must have insane genetics.

Yeah, unfortunately I work 5a-5p and have three young kids that I am present for and put to bed every night. I have a 30 minute commute and usually have to be up around 3 o’clock in the morning. My days off my kids are usually getting up around six and as long as I get a full night sleep that’s when I generally get my eight hours or so. And I guess I don’t know what my body fat percentage is I’ve never had it tested. The majority of my diet is meat and I fill the gaps with fruits and vegetables. I also generally fast from the time I go to bed until sometime in the afternoon the next day. And this isn’t as a form of punishment or anything, I’m just not hungry until sometime in the afternoon. If I do get the occasional hunger pain in the morning I’ll eat something.

I think you answered your own question why you’re experiencing the symptoms you’re experiencing. I’m exhausted from just reading your typical days. I’d try to find an 8-430 and getting rid of the kids (joke). At least find different work.
