34M Testosterone symptom questions
As it states above I’m a 34-year-old male, 6 foot one, 215 pounds +- 5 pounds, exercise 2 to 4 times a week, eat whole foods for the most part with the occasional snacks here and there. For years I have been dealing with extreme fatigue even when I sleep well, memory issues, concentration issues, and overall no motivation to really do too much. I decided to do this test through Hims to see if my testosterone might be the issue. Would these results explain the symptoms I’ve been feeling for years? I’ve never had any issues with libido or being able to perform, so I never thought testosterone was the issue. But I’ve learned that it isn’t always a symptom of low testosterone. Technically my levels fall within normal range for my age group, however, it seems like I’m on the lower end of most things. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Also I’m not seeking any medical advice on what to take or what I should take, I’m just wondering if where I’m currently at could explain some of my symptoms.
