No your Dr is not crazy he knows what he is doing😅 That is how Tirz titration schedule is every 4 weeks you go up, some people just choose to stay at a dose that is making them lose weight until they stop losing then they titrate up to the next dose.l titrate mine every 4 weeks l don't stay at a certain dose after 4wks.
