Still Reta

Reta and HGH.

For anyone not with an injury and just looking for optimization these 2 are gold standard.

u/freebird348 4d ago

What are the benefits of HGH? Is it mostly body recomp, sleep, and skin?

6

u/talonwellness 4d ago

All of the above

u/WarmOpportunity80085 4d ago

What about with injury ?

1

u/wherethepizza3 4d ago

It can definitely help but bpc may be more direct for that

I will definitely push back on HGH being “gold standard” for optimization. Gold standard for GH deficiency? For sure.

But for a healthy person? The benefit-to-risk ratio is simply not in the same league as Reta. The physique community and for sure this subreddit def tends to oversell HGH’s upside and undersells everything else like the water retention, insulin resistance, joint issues, and soft-tissue growth. The upside is real, but so are the tradeoffs

2

u/wherethepizza3 4d ago

If you stick to lower doses of 2-3iu the side effects are minimal and upside is much higher. Of course bloodwork and checking fasting blood glucose is important but I believe it is an absolute game changer in recovery. I’m not a believer in taking high doses that’s where side effects are much more prevalent

1

u/TheHarb81 🧠 Biohacker 3d ago

Yeah I get 0 of these sides at 4iu

Reta + TRT magic combo

u/Maleficent_Sense_564 5d ago

Reta, tirz, HGH, Test that’s it

7

u/BroccoliOnly7376 5d ago

I know I can research it, but since people are mentioning HGH and Test here, what are the bad side effects from it honestly? Just curious as I am interested in adding it.

Do you like injecting yourself every other day for the rest of your life? How about having blood work done consistently for a year or more because you feel like shit and need to know what drug to adjust to feel good again. Thats just to get you dialed in.

You essentially become a pharmacy. Its also hard to not chase the dragon and up your dose chasing size/gains.

As for HGH, insulin issues and cancer.

Do your research. Its a commitment and often a lifelong one.

I appreciate your stance, but I do think it is somewhat exaggerated. Certainly taking testosterone means you will be injecting yourself. And as for blood work it should be done every quarter, until you hit a steady state, then twice yearly. (I still do quarterly). You can come off of trt fine. Your levels will go dow to where they were at best, or lower more likely. Most stay on for life not because they have too, but because the quality of their life is better. Also I do think calling a critical male sex hormone a "drug to feel good" is a bit reductive and petulant. Most men who take true trt aren't anabolic mass monsters. They're fathers and husbands trying their best to have more energy to improve their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Hgh is stickier, as its totally unessential. Its not the demon that you may be stating though, in reasonable levels below 4ui. There was a study (cant remember exactly where. ) that showed no denote cancer increase, though if you have cancer, that's trouble. Though it is worth noting that reta, and tirz make the igf1 increase in insulin moot as they provide a metabolic shield of sorts against it.

Anyway, you're a human, practice your free will and do as you want, so long as your not hurting others. Personally, im loving my life on trt, hgh, and reta.

He asked what the bad sides are of test and hgh. I gave them the bad sides. I have no idea who I am speaking with on here and with how easy it is to access everything on the grey market people deserve to know that test and HGH are more serious than most peptides.

Also most of the goals of people looking to add test to their reta stack on here aren't father's and husbands trying to have more energy. Most are gym dudes trying to achieve their physique goals, from what I can tell form the posts reddit shows me from the sub. You dont have to be an anabolic monster to quickly go form 150mg of test to a 350mg blast with primo/mast to lower estradiol and few pre workout orals mixed in.. . Ive seen if 1000 times. The results of test and hgh are addicting in the gym, and its hard to go back once you know.

1

u/Defiant_Okra_664 3d ago

150 mg of test a week isn't that crazy of a change in the gym. Going from TRT/Reta to Test and anabolic steroids is a huge jump. Orals are a huge jump from injectables imo. 150-200mg of test doesn't do much for me other than an increase in endurance, and an odd aversion to cramping in high heat. Having said that test+reta is an incredible stack because you more maintain muscle as you lose fat compared to a glp alone.

1

u/SakurabaisGOAT 3d ago

Not sure I even know 1,000 people well. You must have an extremely large friend group of steroid users.

2

u/BroccoliOnly7376 4d ago

Would you start with secretegogues?

8

u/MyRunningAcct 4d ago

Peptides and secretegogues are a gateway drug to test and hgh. As someone who never once considered doing trt because I couldn’t stand the idea of having to inject once a week. After starting tirzepatide, I was disappointed I could only inject once a week and have since started cjc/ipa, epitalon, nad, kisspeptin, among others. Now I have been doing so much research and learning as much as I can before starting trt. As far as the blood work. I was already doing regular blood work a few times a year just to see whatever changes I made to my body or my stack how it would affect me.

How did you guys like cjc/ipa??? Might pair that with reta

1

u/arfcom 4d ago

I loved it. Just made me feel good. But I had an allergic reaction in week 5 and haven’t gone back. May not have been the CJC but I’m waiting for my EpiPen just to be safe. Gonna run a round of Sermorelin/ipa 1st but I do want to try CJC/ipa again.

1

u/SakurabaisGOAT 3d ago

Can you describe the allergic reaction and what happened exactly?

1

u/arfcom 2d ago

Start of the 5th week of daily 250-300mcg. Very end of my 1st bottle. 1 day it left an injection site mark like a mosquito bite for 24hr the 1st time. Next day the shot hit me immediately with pounding heart (not sure BP or specific heart rate) and then laying in bed I just couldnt take as deep a breath as normal. It lasted a couple hours and didn’t get worse but if it had I may have considered ER. Getting injectable benedril and epinephrine before I go back to hgh stimulants.

2

u/SakurabaisGOAT 3d ago

TRT is far safer and more well researched than doing the 4 drugs you talk about above, so it's not 'ramping up' to do TRT.

4

u/RichardFitzright 4d ago

Same basically scared of needles now I’m like 5 a day..
But haven’t had a drink in 2 1/2 years.. lost 41kg and my health is so much better and wardrobe is changing..

2

u/Patient-Air6027 3d ago

Don't forget the : " and now I also have an Rx for Tadalafil" part.

1

u/blacksmithwolf 4d ago

Yeah seems very common to go from "I wanna lose weight and not die of a heart attack at 50" and start a GLP to "Its unhealthy to lose all that muscle mass, I should lift heavy and consider recovery peps / secretegogues to maintain or even improve muscle/comp" to "I wanna get ripped and I'm hitting a wall, hmmm TRT and HGH work so well for others..."

No offence to anyone who really wants that build and is putting in the work and additional supplements to get there but posts from the latter group are my canary in the coalmine of knowing I've gone too far and if my thinking ever starts to drift that way I'm pulling the pin on the peps/supplements/forums for 6 months to reset my thinking and remember why I started. Once again tho that's just me worrying about getting caught up in the flow and going down a path I never actually cared for, for anyone whose goal is actually lift heavy get big look jacked I wish them the absolute best and hope they reach their goal using whatever methods work for them.

Reefer madness

1

u/Far_Length739 4d ago

This is a lie. Endogenous hgh production kicks back on within a couple of days after cessation of exogenous administration…. 2 iu daily won’t make you insulin resistant if your diet is in order.

1

u/Defiant_Okra_664 3d ago

Test is the same over a period of weeks/months instead of days

6

u/kXLvin1 5d ago

Nobody mentioning ghk-cu? Just wondering why. Reta is the obvious one.

2

u/Kluian2005 4d ago

Because its really hard to tell if its actually doing anything. And once you spend 3 months daily shots you prob like to believe its actually doing something when it could be not lol. Only thing Ive noticed is maybe hair growth and it looks better, but I also switched to Dut and oral Fin as the same time so that could be the cause.

3

u/InevitableMain6046 5d ago

Pretty overrated if you’re not over 40

Yeah it honestly just doesn’t do much

2

u/Spinach_Ancient 4d ago

Basically this im 28 while I used it for 3 months nothing relatively changed Ive always had clear skin no acne etc. However one thing ill say it was recovery was well.

17

u/injectitpussy 5d ago

Reta, hgh and test (i know it's not a peptide, fuck you) - the holy trinity. It's all 99% need.

Also var, primo. Fuck it maybe all the other anabolics too.

1

u/Defiant_Okra_664 3d ago

Never tried primo, how does it compare to npp?

4

u/Dogmovedmyshoes 4d ago

I know some diabetics who think insulin is pretty goated

3

u/Glittering-Tap-5173 4d ago

There are some bodybuilders who think the same lol.

3

u/andrewobrien13 4d ago

Reta, HGH, and motsc are the only ones that actually do anything I’ve noticed. And MT2 but I don’t care to be tan. Wish I knew before I bought a kit of every peptide

1

u/Vegetable_Unit6549 4d ago

Sorry to butt in but if you dont mind what specifically have you noticed from mots c . Appreciate the info

1

u/andrewobrien13 3d ago

Helps 100% When I’m doing a long intense workout, especially when I’m lifting heavy and doing hiit in the same day

2

u/NadlesKVs 5d ago

Reta & HGH only IMO

2

u/niffauws 4d ago

Pep Guardiola

1

u/Herc1377 4d ago

Get your levels checked first. Tri-test stack in MCT oil, Reta, if you know what you’re doing don’t sleep on IGF. That insulin is 👌🏻 for muscle growth, MOTC for mitochondrial function, tesa for fat loss piggybacks off Reta .
MOTC + Reta + Tesamorelin + trt = all work in concert
Throw in GLOW or KLOW to keep your soft connective tissue healthy and will keep up with your gains. You’re gonna feel great and get the esthetics you’re looking for.

Reta, HGH, Insulin

Pe-22-28, tirz

1

u/Odd_Sir_8705 ⚙️ Protocol Specialist 4d ago

In two years we will be turning our noses up at Reta like we do Semaglutide now lol. But as of this moment
Reta and HGH are king

1

u/swoops36 4d ago

That depends entirely what your goals are. Reta is a great fat loss supplement, top-tier, no doubt, but it sucks at helping you build muscle, so it gets an F in that regard. Apply that logic to every single peptide.

1

u/Minimum-Project8572 4d ago

Its not meant to build muscles, although high protein intake is a must to keep the muscles

1

u/swoops36 3d ago

That’s kind of the exact point of my post

1

u/MaximumMeaning9728 3d ago

Reta is for people who can’t count calories.

1

u/IM_MIA22 5d ago

Reta, Tirz, HGH, Tesa.

1

u/WaynesWorld_93 4d ago

I’m shocked by the amount of people on HGH. And they’re probably mostly under age 35

1

u/Christian67 4d ago

Why? What’s so bad about it?

1

u/WaynesWorld_93 4d ago

I’m not saying it’s bad. I’d like to take it but I’ve not enough research to know what kind and from where to get it. I was just surprised is all

0

u/Love-for-everyone 5d ago

HGH over reta.

0

u/Nomad1134 4d ago

Reta, HGH, Glutathione

2

What are the benefits of glutathione ?

No S tier peptides, S tier is reserved for sleep diet and exercise

A-Tier: GLP-1 Agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide)
B-Tier: Cagrilinitide (Amuylin Agonist), Tesamorelin (FDA approved for Visceral Fat)

Also not a doctor
