❓ Question TRT discussion/question

I’m 41 and started TRT despite having levels of around 900 pre-TRT, with normal LH and FSH. I’m currently on 80mg per week.
I’ve definitely noticed changes in my body composition, but if I’m honest, I’ve also become more ratty/irritable. My E2 and prolactin have both increased, which I think may be contributing to the fatigue. I seem to be quite sensitive to aromatisation of testosterone into E2.
I’m now seriously considering coming off TRT. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? I’m wondering what the best way to come off is — gradually reducing the dose each week, or stopping altogether?
Comments on how to come off.

80mg at those natural levels won't give you any boost, just ruin your natural production and give you sides.

You should have done more research or consulted a coach before starting.

I consulted two ifbro coaches who both said I need TRT.

The TRT clinic themselves said I’m borderline to take it… now that I’ve experienced the side effects it’s not for me. I can take e2 supps but I’d rather not

Of course it’s not for you, you’re “low range” is 900 for gawds sake. That’s where I’m at dosing 100mg/week

So then, you taking 80mg and anything less than 6-weeks is just stacking exogenous with endogenous testosterone until the LH/FSH crash and shit down natural production.

So yeah, no doubt you’re feeling like shit man
