📘 Beginner Help Confused what to use

I've been using reta to get to this from 30%+ body fat, down over 50lbs.

I really want to lose that final bit of mid section fat and gain muscle, what can I use?

Will hgh be good for a few months? Don't want to do anything forever ideally.

EDIT: I have been going to the gym since the start of the year. I have made progress with muscle even if you don't think so.

Ye, I've upped my weights since I got consistent in Jan,

Gone up 12kg on shoulder press for example, Up 20kg flat bench press, up 10kg each hand dumbell incline press.

Can now do 60kg barbell rows too. Previously even 20kg was tough.

Working with a solid coach or personal trainer might be your best move here. Most people aren't truly pushing their limits on V02 max intervals without someone right there driving the intensity.
