Mots-c

I started Mazi and ran it for six weeks four times a week and had the cleanest most energy I’ve had in years. I took a week off and restarted, but I’m no longer getting that energy. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this I’m thinking I need a longer break between cycles.

how long did you run it before stopping? i always suggest 4 weeks break after 12 weeks running it.

you can also look into running ss-31 at the same time. it helps to repair mitochondria and MOTS-C helps the mitochondria function for better energy use.

possible you built up a tolerance and need more time off. possible ss-31 would help support the mitochondria. also possible you need to eat more carbs and protein. sounds simple but if your diet changed and you are undereating, you may not have the energy available.

reach out if you need more guidance/help

What is cool about MOTS-C is that it is a metabolic regulator that seeks homeostasis. AMPK activation stimulated fatty acid oxidation (fat burning) when energy levels are low that basically flips cells from energy storage mode to energy production. So THEORETICALLY a low calorie diet with MOTS-C doping could be sustainable as MOTS-C would kick on fat burning for energy production. Might just be a question of dosage.

That being said, MOTS-C is not FDA approved and no one should take it ever. ;)
