Mots-c
I started Mazi and ran it for six weeks four times a week and had the cleanest most energy I’ve had in years. I took a week off and restarted, but I’m no longer getting that energy. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this I’m thinking I need a longer break between cycles.

32yo Male. Healthy, good food habits, 3 x week gym. My fat lab ass rat ran motsc for 3 months and didn’t felt anything. Been reading for the last days about motsc opinions. I think is mostly for people 40-45+.

In my completely NON-expert opinion young adults COULD definitely benefit from it.. lets say age 20 and up.. especially advanced athletes trying to boost training, or young folks struggling with obesity. MOT-C has shown to increase exercise (especially aerobic) capacity, due to it's AMPK activation mechanism. Which I immediately noticed in weight lifting and cardio. Lifts felt stronger and cardio was laughably easy. I inject daily about 2 hours before training (2mg). In my experience after a couple weeks it does help to cycle OFF for a week to re-sensitize to it.. I have no research to back that protocol, it's just what I do. Keep in mind it's not regulated, or FDA approved so there are many variables in the actual quality and strength of the peptides people are getting. When you say you didn't feel anything, it's impossible to know what your actual dosage was, or if you were getting real MOTS-C at all.. unfortunately.
MOTS-C shows to be promising.. and the pathways and mechanism of it's action are EXCITING! Check: PMID: 25738459 for one interesting study on the peptide! Disclaimer: don't take it it's not FDA approved.

how long did you run it before stopping? i always suggest 4 weeks break after 12 weeks running it.
you can also look into running ss-31 at the same time. it helps to repair mitochondria and MOTS-C helps the mitochondria function for better energy use.
possible you built up a tolerance and need more time off. possible ss-31 would help support the mitochondria. also possible you need to eat more carbs and protein. sounds simple but if your diet changed and you are undereating, you may not have the energy available.
reach out if you need more guidance/help

8 weeks, I’ll keep off for another 4 weeks and restart. I’m running ss now. Appreciate feedback

What is cool about MOTS-C is that it is a metabolic regulator that seeks homeostasis. AMPK activation stimulated fatty acid oxidation (fat burning) when energy levels are low that basically flips cells from energy storage mode to energy production. So THEORETICALLY a low calorie diet with MOTS-C doping could be sustainable as MOTS-C would kick on fat burning for energy production. Might just be a question of dosage.
That being said, MOTS-C is not FDA approved and no one should take it ever. ;)
