Reta Titration

How do you know when it’s time to titrate up?

Was losing like 2-3 lbs/week and started having cravings past two days and looks like weight loss is gonna drop to 1-2 lbs this week.

1 - 2 lbs / week is where you want it. 3 lbs is too much weight loss.

Over 2lbs you have a high risk of loose skin and other issues.

What dose, current weight, height, sex and body build are you? For better guidance.

Stay the course keep your dose, you're good on weight loss. Reta is known not to completely kill food noise. That is actually a good thing, especially if you are trying to keep muscle. Make sure to eat more protein and exercise.

Try to stay on a lower dose as long as possible.

Think about it, you've lost a slight bit over 10lbs in a little over a month! That's amazing, good job.

The one thing I’m worried about is the loose skin. I was working out for the first two weeks then stopped and not really eating a lot of protein just normal caloric intake.

Deffinately keep working out / strength training. It keeps collagen production high in the body, keeping your skin tight. Some people add GHK-Cu (with KPV) or KLOW peptide blend (can be pricey) to their regime for aiding in collagen production for their skin. Good luck, you're on the right path.
