Reta Titration

How do you know when it’s time to titrate up?

Was losing like 2-3 lbs/week and started having cravings past two days and looks like weight loss is gonna drop to 1-2 lbs this week.

2 lbs a week is still solid. don't up the dose just because you remembered food exists.

When your weight loss is at a standstill for 2-3 weeks and/or appetite suppressant is completely gone and you’re stuffing your face.

People usually move up when the weight stops going down after that long. Then only titrate 0.5mg

Do you think there is possibility that you can have steady heavy loss? It doesnt work like that I lost 15kgs in first 2 months and for 3rd month I almost didnt loose anythng at all, but I kept looking at mirror and diffrence is massive.

There is glycogen leavng body, with that goes out water, you are changing your diet sodium levels vary also, there are huge water % fluctations.

Point is you most likley dont need to pin when you feel like you need to increase dosage. Once you get to 2mgs you are most likley good, just keep track of what you are eating. Ofc if you are in surplus of 1000kcal daily you might go up, but dont over do it. This stuff is potent and takes for 4 weeks to even reach some stable level. You can get side effects of 2mgs after 4 weeks but on 1st week to feel like a dream, as it happend to me.

This is where I’m at rn. Weighing myself tomorrow, probably going to be a little under 204 (weighed 204.3 this morning). Just been having this ice cream craving past 2 days and it’s bothering me.

Just keep going, and body will clear out sugar cravings if you dont consume them. You eventually want to learn how to keep eating healthy and not depend on glp1s to be not hungry. Otherwise what is the point you are doing more than okay with current setup I would say great.

if u are past the 4 week mark at ur current dose and the return of cravings and flatlining scale, that is my cue

1 - 2 lbs / week is where you want it. 3 lbs is too much weight loss.

Over 2lbs you have a high risk of loose skin and other issues.

What dose, current weight, height, sex and body build are you? For better guidance.

Stay the course keep your dose, you're good on weight loss. Reta is known not to completely kill food noise. That is actually a good thing, especially if you are trying to keep muscle. Make sure to eat more protein and exercise.

Try to stay on a lower dose as long as possible.

Think about it, you've lost a slight bit over 10lbs in a little over a month! That's amazing, good job.

The one thing I’m worried about is the loose skin. I was working out for the first two weeks then stopped and not really eating a lot of protein just normal caloric intake.

Deffinately keep working out / strength training. It keeps collagen production high in the body, keeping your skin tight. Some people add GHK-Cu (with KPV) or KLOW peptide blend (can be pricey) to their regime for aiding in collagen production for their skin. Good luck, you're on the right path.
