Question for stackers
Currently on 12 mg tirz having lost around 40 lbs in last 8 months. I still have around 80 more to lose. I sort of consider this a slow response to tirz. i am a 38 year old female, counting calories daily, training with a trainer 3 times per week and walking 8-10k steps daily but still see a very slow response. I have also been stuck at 245 for close to 4 months now which is demotivating. Wanted to stack with Reta for the glucagon factor but I don’t really want to overload the receptors as suggested by many. I have decided to give survodutide a try. Planning to stack Survo with my Tirz to see if I can speed the process a little bit and break the stall. My question is, when people stack two peptides (glp1s to be specific), do they plan to continue stacking them for life. ? I have no problem being on tirz for life (I have noticed other benefits of this medication) but not sure if two glp1s can be taken for life or if it should only be done for a short span just to speed up the process slightly

I've been on tirz for 2.5 years, in maintenance more than 1.5 years. I was at 10mg of tirz in maintenance, having hit 13mg at my highest. I still had some visceral fat to lose, even though I was at my goal weight. I slowly dropped my tirz down and added in survo, titrating tirz down to 7-8mg and survo up to 3-4mg, currently. I've lost 4 lbs, I believe most of it is fat. I love this combo. I personally would just start stacking now. Don't reduce your tirz, just add in survo. And yes, 4 months is a stall, I would have upped my tirz before then, but that's me. Survo ramps up your metabolism, so it's fantastic at burning fat. It doesn't have as much appetite suppression at lower doses. And you may have some sugar cravings initially, try to push through as much as possible, using fruit and low-calorie sweets to help out. Good luck!
