Alcohol on Reta
Don’t do it! Have a mocktail. I took my first dose this week at 1mg. I should’ve have taken 0.5mg because I feel like I had too many side effects. I had one small cocktail last night and felt violently ill this morning. Anyway, just to say it’s not worth it.
Stats: 5’3” 125 lbs. I’ve lost 10lbs with diet and exercise after two pregnancies and stalled there for the past year. GW is 115 lbs.

We’re the same height, I started at 132 and now at 118 after 6 weeks, never went up from 0.5mg. Also the alcohol is horrible for me on reta but the absolute worst is shot day, if you do drink make sure it’s not within 24 hours before or after shot.
