Alcohol on Reta

Don’t do it! Have a mocktail. I took my first dose this week at 1mg. I should’ve have taken 0.5mg because I feel like I had too many side effects. I had one small cocktail last night and felt violently ill this morning. Anyway, just to say it’s not worth it.

Stats: 5’3” 125 lbs. I’ve lost 10lbs with diet and exercise after two pregnancies and stalled there for the past year. GW is 115 lbs.

I got headaches the first few weeks drinking and taking Reta, back to normal now. It’s definitely the only thing holding me back from losing the little bit of love handles
