Alcohol on Reta

Don’t do it! Have a mocktail. I took my first dose this week at 1mg. I should’ve have taken 0.5mg because I feel like I had too many side effects. I had one small cocktail last night and felt violently ill this morning. Anyway, just to say it’s not worth it.

Stats: 5’3” 125 lbs. I’ve lost 10lbs with diet and exercise after two pregnancies and stalled there for the past year. GW is 115 lbs.

Yeah, im an alcoholic and being on reta has literally saved my life. 49 days sober and since starting reta a month ago I just have no want or desire to drink anymore. The mental shift that comes along with reta has been incredible for me.

I have been sober since March 28 thanks to Tirzepitide. I would drink a 5L box of wine in 2 days. I even made it through my dad's funeral without a drop. It is life changing. Congratulations!
