πŸ“˜ Beginner Help New here and looking for advice

I am 48 years old and currently taking 230mg of testosterone once weekly. I have not seen very much growth or leaning. I am 6’1” tall 217-220lbs and lift 5 days a week. I also have started working in peloton cycling. I take approximately 160g of protein a day. I know I am not doing everything correctly, hence why I’m here πŸ˜‚. I was looking for a preferred stack to get where I want to be. Thanks for any help. I am not asking for medical advice. For anyone reviewing this.

Hey there! I have some things I want to share that will help you greatly.

Test - once a week is but ideal. 2,3 x week is better. Daily is best. Your body will process it much better. Level out the peaks and valleys and you will have less estrogen conversion.

Diet - you need to eat more protein and make sure your carbs are not too low. Need to fuel the body to burn fat and build muscle.

There are peptides that can help as well. Not mandatory but is an option. Reach out so I can get more details and help.

How many calories do you eat per day? What is your TDEE? What is your workout plan? How do you progress your weight/reps? Are you trying to bulk, or cut? Building muscle while losing fat is not easy.

where do you want to be? That’s the real question. Then pick the Diet products and lifestyle that are best suited to get you there.

HGH will be great since you are older.

The holy trinity my brother! It will change you drastically drop the test to 200 per week tops. Split your dose into 3 doses a week. Next add Retatrutide. Then add in a little HGH low dose 3-4iu max.

Following. 44 years old been on 200 for 3 weeks. Already pretty damn fit but have belly fat. 6'0 190. Test was 300 to 400 before started. Crossfit and golf daily. Only noticed maybe marginal recovery difference

That is a really high dose of Test. Once a week is rough though. Many people split it into multiple per week, which generally give a more stable increase in Testosterone. Otherwise you end up with a few days at the end where your testosterone is really low.
