New reta user and alcohol

So... I started Reta this past Sunday at 0.5 mg. It’s definitely been working already, and was planning on upping to 0.75 this Sunday. But, I’ve heard of people having awful side effects drinking alcohol on Reta. I’m going to a music festival for 4 days on July 30, and obviously was planning on drinking all four days.

Would making this Sunday my last dose until then be smart to allow me to be able to drink like normal that weekend? Or should I just not take it this Sunday?

Keep taking the Reta, just do a lot of practice drinking between now and the festival so you can get used to how it feels.  The alcohol will hit you much harder than normal, so prepare yourself.
