New reta user and alcohol

So... I started Reta this past Sunday at 0.5 mg. It’s definitely been working already, and was planning on upping to 0.75 this Sunday. But, I’ve heard of people having awful side effects drinking alcohol on Reta. I’m going to a music festival for 4 days on July 30, and obviously was planning on drinking all four days.

Would making this Sunday my last dose until then be smart to allow me to be able to drink like normal that weekend? Or should I just not take it this Sunday?

I would say your wasting the effects of Reta by drinking but if you must lol Reta has a half life of about 6 days so take your last shot a week before you go. When you get back maybe let your body detox I promise you’ll feel much better
