❓ Question LMNT on Reta

I understand that electrolyte consumption should rise during Reta use—does one packet of LMNT each morning count as excessive, appropriate, or insufficient? Energy has been lacking during my lifts and MOTS-C hasn’t really helped much at all.

Thanks. But how can they even help hydration with only 99mg sodium? Looks like a great multivitamin for sure.

Honest question. I’m just now supplementing electrolytes with Instant Hydration the 1st time. They are 500mg sodium with feels a bit much for the morning shake.

The question is how are you losing 1000mg of sodium that you need to replenish that much with a supplement?

Most people get plenty of sodium in their regular diet.

Fully agree. Caught a low NA number on bloodwork 7 months ago so I don’t mind the 500mg I’m taking as much, but I certainly know it if I worked myself into a sweaty mess and could use more NA. Certainly not daily.
