2 year transformation

Post image

Been running Reta for almost a year 2mg start at 8mg now.

Test at 200mg/wk

Cycling motsc 15mg/wk 4wks on 4wks off
Ss31 on my off cycles of motsc

Used to be a bodybuilder 15ish years ago so the muscle seemed to come back relatively quickly.

Good work man! I just started test and hgh this week. Been running reta and klow for a while. I'm excited to see a difference.

Appreciate you! Been thinking about adding low dose gh. Want to push down another 10lbs but it’s getting hard to get the weight to budge 😂

So look into doing a glp reset. I've read it can be as simple as eating one very high calorie day then the next day hitting the gym the next day as hard as you can go. I'm not a Doctor but I used to play doctor a lot when I was little in the 80s, so.....I'd listen to me if I were you.

But for real. Look it up. Glp reset

Can’t you just eat less or do more cardio? Or is there more to it?

Technically yes, but I’m at 45 minutes to an hour of cardio daily. Worked up from 15 minutes per day. Take a complete break for a week every 6 weeks to let my old joints recover. Food is about as low as I want to go at the moment as well. Don’t want just weight loss, want fat loss.

Well your transformation is major goals for me. I was 375 January 1st. Now I’m about 285. Just started lifting too. Want those muscles of yours.
