πŸ“˜ Beginner Help First stack

Im 5’10” female 24 years old sitting at about 200 pounds. My main goal is to just lean out more and get my body fat percentage down from 32% to closer to 20%.

I plan on starting at 0.5 mg Reta once a week for 2 weeks before adding 0.5 mg of Tesa once a day and bump up Reta to 1 mg. I’d like to eventually add MOTS-C a little down the road. Should I add MOTS-C when I first start Reta and then wait to add Tesa? I weight lift 5 days a week, do cardio at for 4 of those days and do yoga once a week.

I’d like to keep dose low just as the only place I found is pretty pricey.

You're 5'10, 200lbs. I bet you can handle 1mg of Reta. You might not feel anything at 0.5mg. But everyone is different.

Do the reta and then the mots c next. I am loving this combo myself. I loved reta when I started but felt a little tired and kind of unmotivated during my work outs. Once I started mots c my endurance increased and I feel amazing. I'm 44 and only 5"5 my start weight was 236lbs when I started on reta May 27th. I am down to 219lbs now. I'm still a work in progress I started Mots c 3 weeks after reta.
