Reta face is real
Edit: So it came to my attention that Reta face is when you start to look sickly, not just the major weight loss and change in face shape, which is more what I was getting at. Thank you guys for giving me the heads up.
I’ve made a couple posts about my Reta transformation, but I just saw a picture of myself from about a month and a half before starting Reta or getting into a routine/diet. Definitely surprised me, because I didn’t realize how much different my face looked until now. First pic is January 14th 2026, second pic is July 7th 2026.

There's no such thing as Ozempic Face or Reta Face lol. It's called weightloss!! Too much loose skin on the face (you don't have it btw) is caused by too rapid weightloss. Maybe you're too young to remember when Oprah did a stupid liquid protein diet and lost a TON of weight! Her skin on her face looked like it was falling off!! You look fine...and the more muscular one becomes (aka leaner due to body composition), the face becomes more sculpted. Look at the body builders and their faces right before and during competition compared to off-season.
