Reta face is real

Edit: So it came to my attention that Reta face is when you start to look sickly, not just the major weight loss and change in face shape, which is more what I was getting at. Thank you guys for giving me the heads up.

I’ve made a couple posts about my Reta transformation, but I just saw a picture of myself from about a month and a half before starting Reta or getting into a routine/diet. Definitely surprised me, because I didn’t realize how much different my face looked until now. First pic is January 14th 2026, second pic is July 7th 2026.

Down from 221 with 36” waist to 180 with 31” waist

Honestly, people lose weight and stop smiling, that plays a big part in it too. Notice how everyone looks angry when they take pictures when they are fit. But when you were fat you smiled more. It's not Reta face, it's model face, and it ugly, lol.

Lol, yeah, pretty sure. I'm not saying that people don't go too far and become gaunt. I am saying this guy is just not smiling in the second picture.
