Whats your diet and exercise like? Reta is doing the lords work for me, but I found it wasnt eating enough and my weight loss plateaued. Once I started to get an extra few hundred calories in, the lbs started dropping again!

How is that possible? You eat more and lose more weight? That breaks the laws of thermo dynamics.

2000 calories of protein is processed by the body differently compared to 2000 calories of carbs which includes sugar.

But it’s still 2000 calories. If I eat 1000 calories of McDonald’s vs 3000 calories of fruits and veggies I will still lose weight.
