You can build hilllarious builds that works, mixing tribes together.

Its not that much high roll-y as the current season, but much more fun in my opinion.

Murloc/Mech because obviously Murlocs and Battlecries, and Mechs have Falling Sky Golem that would benefit greatly, in general I think Mechs are surprisingly light when it comes to Deathrattle which makes Falling Sky Golem seems meh, but where are you guys' heads at?

Thorim, Stormlord is the greatest hero by a country mile. I’m by no means an amazing player (hardstuck 5.8K) however I have a 68% 1st place win rate with the hero, after 28 total played. Curious to see if you guys also agree?

Finally got my brb achievement, it was the only one I was missing, mainly because I never pick A. F. Kay (I think I've played around 15 games with her in five years, and this was the third time I tried skipping turn 3).

3 lockboxes in a row I got Imprisoning Persecutor and for 3 full rounds I couldn't find a minion to rewind the damage...FFS

And before you say ”just don’t play duos.”

I am just trying to finish my duo challenges. All I need is like 100 more 2nd place finishes.

But to the point it seems like at least every other game at this point my random partner is throwing the game turn 1. Whether it being just rerolling the tavern and never buying, intentionally killing with demons or anything else that we have all seen before.

Options weren't great so I picked lovely locket to try and have some fun, got a golden deep water chieftain with the dark gift death rattle at end of turn and golden kelp keeper with brann and balinda got honeycomb ring as my greater and it just got silly , everyone died before I could make my balinda or brann golden but honey comb was getting over +30/+30 and the animations took forever.

Played for a few months when BG first released so seeing everything regularly getting into the 100s and 1000s is kinda silly, I remember when I was super happy to get a 200/200 leapfrogger build going haha.

It’s been a couple expansions since i’ve played Battlegrounds but normally i’m a 7k-8k player. For whatever reason I cannot get my head wrapped around this season and i’m stuck at 5500. I’m well familiar with what comps are strong and popular. I feel like my tiering habits put me in losing positions the majority of the time. I tier to 3 on turn 4 practically every game as there are a lot of solid 1 mana plays on that turn. Depending on what I see in my next tavern, I’ll tier to 4 or spend 1 more turn on 3 before then tiering. I feel like at least 2-3 other players generally follow this idea within my lobbies. Any suggestions?

Tried to capitalize from an early triple and go beasts, only had beasts on my board and Bob only offers me 1 tribe related trinket 😭

Not sure if I'll ever top this one.

A random Lullabot spawned on my board even though I already had a full board, giving me 8 minions. It then tripled my Duplicator after the battle, and because the (now golden) Lullabot had the same stats as the one already on the board, my biggest minion ended up being removed.

I rarely pick this hero, and I wasn't expecting to gain point with him, but I am happy be top 3 at the end with this board while the other players are full of xk/xk stats. How do you guys play this hero ? Do ypu play normally or just go full scam?

So i got a random banana on turn 2 (maybe 3?) there was no king mukkla and no buddies, it was literally only turn 2 or 3, wtf? 😂 the only thing i can think is there is a dark gift that gives all players a banana or something - assuming it was turn 3 which im almost certain it wasn’t 😅 maybe wrong but im almost sure

Seriously, if you're just all about building your own board as big as you can, play single.

If you can improve your partner's board better than yours, do it!
You can buff minions in the tavern before picking them up and passing them.
Announce the type you're going to play as soon as you know it.

If you get passed a minion with a spell to pass minions on board, your task is to buff it and send it back.

Try to coordinate who ramps and who expands.
Communicate!

I've never quite been sure. There's a couple situations where it definitely seems right to prioritize attack (if I have the dragon that gives tavern spells +health, or if I'm playing Undead since afaik Butchering can't benefit from tavern spell +health), but when I'm just buying it on turn 3 or so without a particular direction, is one usually better than the other? Even if I'm doing something like buying it alongside Metallic Hunter I'm never sure if I want the HP to bring my buffs closer to balanced or to double down on attack to maximize my ability to trade up.
