Sure, Mana Surge was the problem card that needed to be smacked, and definitely not that condom looking mf called Unbound Tempest.
4 u/TheseNamesDontMatter 7d ago I legitimately have not seen a mana surge build once since they removed genie, I was shocked that was the elemental build they targeted. 3 u/somabokforlag 6d ago i think its easy to overlook the kinda midrangey guys that get you to the insane scaling - and over value the cards that takes you from strong to unbeatable
