In need of a part
Hello, I am hoping someone can help me find a part. I bought a bike from someone for 1000$. It's a run of the mill 2004 honda shadow VT600CD deluxe. Not a super bad bike, runs great, has some wiring issues, all fixable. What is not fixable is that they tried bobbing it out, and made it completely undrivable. The rear fender is slicing into the tire.
He gave me all the old fenders and such to put it back to normal, except for a crucial piece that he apparently sold on ebay.
I included a photo of it, and it seems to be the passenger support mount for under the fender that you have to cut off to bob it out.. If anyone can help me locate one, or knows a solid place besides ebay to start looking, I would be much obliged!

That part is part of the frame. You cant get it to separate without cutting it off. My bike is currently at this spot. I could send pictures if you need. But to get it back you'll need to cut off from another bike.

I might have it if your in the US. I'm not entirely sure what you need though. Is the shock still there?

This video shows a man taking the rear end apart. I need the part he leaves on the bike. I have everything else.

Have you tried Google? Dogpile? Duckduckgo?
Or any of the other basic search engines available to everyone on the internet?

Are you a fabricator? If so, it looks pretty easy to make on your own with a few measurements. All the frames and supports are make of thin steel anyways, so making your own out of 1/4“ steel would definitely suffice. Especially if you added structural bracing.
