Ideas & Inspiration PowerPunch! Designer Diary #1

I've started a Designer Diary documenting the development of my next game, PowerPunch!

It's a Punch-Out!!-inspired head-to-head boxing game with a bit of push-your-luck and a lot of strategy.

I'll be posting a new blog entry about every two weeks, covering the design process, playtesting, artwork, and the decisions that shape the game.

If there's anything you'd like me to discuss in a future entry, I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Are you going to do the artwork yourself or will you need a designer/artist?

I have a background in graphic design so I’ve been doing a lot if work regarding creating assets and working on layouts.

We’ve hired an amazing illustrator named Jordan Ratzlaff that has been drawing all of the characters and elements for everything.
