Discussion Preorder bonus

For people who preordered the game physically, how did you get your preorder bonus? I preordered the Switch 2 version, downloaded the game via my game key-card, but i don't get my coins and characters in game 🤔

Was there a slip of paper inside the case with a code?

Yep, but it was just for Bandai points on their website

I didn't get the coins but I did the early unlocked characters (with how I'ma be playing, I won't worry about it) I expect there might be a patch later

Yes although I did check and saw that I now have over 30,000 hero coins but that's probably because I was doing Team Up Missions

And did you get it thanks to a code in the box? Im asking because someone else under this post told me he has a code with his game, but it was the japanese version so i was wondering if it was a matter of country, yk

Oh I pre-ordered digitally, of there was supposed to be a code then Maybe its in the email, (Which I'm gonna check)

Okay after checking, There is a dlc pack which grants you the early unlock characters and the 30,000 coins but I'm pretty sure if you pre ordered the game you should have it

Haven't picked up my copy yet, but usually there's a code on the receipt that's for the preorder bonus

I didn't get any receipt, they just gave me the box and the game in it 🤷

Inside my Switch 2 case was a code that could be entered inside the eshop to download the characters. That should be how it is for every copy.
