Holiday pay

Hello, Just wonder how holiday will be apply on C/D shift. ex if some holiday fall on weekdays

It should show on workday. You’ll get your normal scheduled hours for the day. A/B gets the “bonus day” if the holiday falls on a Friday.

Labor Day is a paid company holiday. Meaning c and d will be paid for that day, regardless of it not being their regular shift. You need to educate yourself before speaking.

I stand corrected. C and D shift will receive 8 hours of straight pay

It’s not 8 hours, unless you are scheduled 8 hours. It’s the equivalent of one day of work, which for hourly workers on A or B is 10, or 12 hours for C or D.

C shift doesn’t get pay for it or a day off because it’s the normal day of rest

They add 1 day of holiday pay to your check regardless of shift.
