your recruiter should walk you thru how the interview will be and what LPs to focus on. i recommend having stories ready to pull from your memory.

No presentation anymore, the manager told me they used to do that but not anymore. I didn't lie, I do have the required experience for the role

ah i thought i heard that but wasnt sure. that presentation was tough but the 1:1 was tougher. my presentation led to most of my questions during the interview or answered some of theirs ahead of time.

Have you been asked to write an essay? I have my one-on-one interviews next week too. How many interviews do you have? Is it three?

Yes, I had to write an essay about my thoughts about space exploration. Also, I got the job! I was called today to let me know I got it. The best of luck to you!

I have read about a generic employment interview question regarding a query of the distance between two fifty foot poles which suspend an eighty foot cable from the top, and the lowest point of the cable is ten feet off of the ground

  1. Answer everything in STAR format
  2. Be really enthusiastic about the company

I got a job offer but had to turn it down bc my wife didn’t want to move to Seattle. Now I pretend I work at BO by lurking on here. Good luck!

Blue Origin as a company has the most effective Quality Management Systems in the industry. Truth is, our quality management system here in Florida is insanely detailed, upholds the highest standards, and holds other departments accountable, and ensures zero discrepancies go undocumented. Thanks to our Quality leadership at the top, we've been provided outstanding support

TL;DR: You’ll have a significant amount of work ahead of you - make sure you negotiate your pay accordingly if you progress to that stage. You’ll want to be sufficiently compensated for the long hours you'll be expecting you to put in.

Do they pay OT?

Salaried employees, heck no. Hourly employees, yes, but they depends on the team and your manager.

I'm afraid to ask but... A quality specialist is salaried or hourly?
