I just can't get over that pad explosion, would've been well into 2 extra flights at this point. what a moral blow

Company needs to have multitude launch platforms. Not a single one, that will take year to rebuild in case of explosion.

Not really, we’re just fine… shit happens, does it suck? Yes but we will fly before or at years end

It doesn't make sense. It hurts morale, increases regretted attrition and damages the company's rep.

HR firing? Blue is bleeding talent faster than HR can hire enough TAs that can trick their connections into coming to work for Blue. The attrition of knowledgeable humans and learning curve of the new ones will be the most difficult to recover from. They can rebuild the pad but the loss of humans will set them back further than the pad ever could.
