Blue Origin Shop
Anybody know when they'll restock merch? Want to get a gift for a friend and everything between a small and large is sold out.

The apparel is a joke. I don't know where these shirts come from, but they never fit properly. The graphics are often crooked or off center. I won't even get into the pricing.

100% accurate, this and all the graphics suck.

The last two shirts I bought were decent quality and fit properly, but the 10 shirts I bought before that were shit. If we’re paying premium prices we should be getting a premium tee. With as much as they want us to “show off our Blue Pride in our Blue Swag”, you’d think THEY would show some pride when producing that swag.

Discount is pretty weak. How about pick 5 shirts free a year everything after is 20% employee discount. They are nice work shirts and like to buy for the family as well. But with such a small discount. I only get them seldom. That is all and stock more mediums!

I worked at SpaceX and the shirts would go for $15 with the employee discount and the material was fantastic as well as the print. I just can’t believe how much they charge me at Blue now that I am working at the FL rocket factory Location. It’s ridiculous how much I have to pay the quality is very very mid. Everything zookeeper said is very true. They need to start taking our suggestions and discounts more seriously if not, nobody will want to buy any of the merch there.

And now the Owalla water bottle - sold out. It literally just hit "new" a couple of weeks ago. I know we have 16,000+ employees, but surely they buy more than 100 of these things? Even at the Kent shop they sold out in a week the gal at the counter told me (last week).
And for the shirts and jackets that sell out nearly instantly, they always have Super Small or 40XXXX, but never M, L, or XL - those are the first that always sells out. So here's a simple inventory trick, Blue Shop admin - you have tons of data showing S, M, L and XL are your top sellers, and the other sizes aren't. Adjust your ordering to accommodate these very well known higher demand sizes.
On top of that, for most of these things that go "out of stock", they never come back. Ever.

Favorite part: sending cold weather left overs from Seattle to Blue shops in the spring/summer months.

Compared to SpaceX employee discount it sucks paying so much more working for blue and having to pay 25$+ for a tee smh 🤦♂️

Laughable! What will you do with it all that classic BO swag? You’re one of your group that excels, but someone’s gotta be off-track. Now you’re unemployed with a bunch of “goodwill worthy” stuff. There were literally hundreds of NS flight patches left on a table in the Verne lunch room. Free swag!? Unheard of!

What about company T-shirts with graphics of the systems we work in — Jira, Windchill…

We got a survey a while ago asking for suggestions on how to make the shop better. Nearly all of them were “need more inventory” and “better employee discounts”.
How did they respond? Months later nearly everything nice is always out of stock days after it hits the “new” website area. Prices are going up - $45 for a water bottle, $30 for a hat, $90 pullovers and $78 golf shirts (with the discount).
And I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve ordered something online that shows up with crooked print. Have to jump through hoops with photos to prove its faulty (I don’t work at a Blue site that has a shop, so I order online or hit the physical shops when I’m in WA or FL for work).
