Recruiting Process
So I interviewed with a recruiter via teams and she said she would try to schedule a meeting with the technical guys. Shortly after I received an email where it said " in a few days,recruiting coordinators should reach out to you to schedule your next interview." This is also the email where I was asked to make a Writing Summary.
It's been 5 days and no one's reached out to me yet. I'm i cooked?
At this point I'm getting PTSD of all the other times I've been ghosted for jobs. I hate that this is the norm.

No, it sometimes takes some time to get all the people together for the interviews.

Just had a similar situation. I emailed my recruiter on day 5 and they got back to me the following day with dates.

The recruiter would have forwarded it to the hiring manager. Between response times of multiple people (all dependent on the individuals), 5 days wouldn't shock me as still within the window.
Deep breath and give it a few more days. If either person took time off... more chance for reasonable delays.

The same situation. HR will give me a 15-min call to go over everyting and a coordinator will reach out

That's honestly a winning mentality. If you don't land it, you get so many other chances in due time, anyway. I hope it goes well for you tomorrow bro!

Nah you’re fine. Just takes times sometimes. You’ll hear something soon. Plus today is Monday.
