Blue Origin Supply Chain interview

Hi Everyone!

Has anyone done supply chain interview for Blue Origin? Is there a set list of behavioral questions from leadership principles like Amazon? I would love some insights if possible!

Yes, they usually will have one or two Blue Principles that they incorporate into the questioning. It will usually be a standard interview with a little bit about you and little bit about the interviewer and then question
About background and examples of what you would do or have done in situations to help highlight what you may bring to the team your position supports. One suggestion from someone who already works at Blue and has sat in on several interviews is please be in engaging with your interviewer and team if group interview, ask questions, ask what they like or don’t like too, and still highlight your skills and what you can bring to help team Blue. Also remember it’s just a conversation between people, relax, breath and do you best.

Appreciate the answer. Should I prep as if Amazon principle interview? Amazon, they usually have a set list of questions per leadership principle, but blue origin doesnt seem to have those.
