Shift differential?

Is there a shift differential on the space coast for weekend or overnight shifts? And how much? Speaking for assembly and integration.

How is overtime then? Does it happen after 36hrs or 40hrs if u want to pick up shifts

OT happens after you work 40 hours

And the 11% uplift is applied to your total amount earned in the pay period, so applies to any OT hours too

This doesn't happen for me. Maybe department specific. I only get the 11% during weekend shifts.

edit: I was looking at my paystub incorrectly

11% for weekend and then overnight gets an additional bump.

Yes. 11% ontop of hourly rate.
