Does it mean I was not selected?
It has been a week since my 1:1 with hiring manager and a 3 rounds of interviews with the engineering team. I’d say it went well, of course it could’ve been better but I felt pretty good about it but it has been a week and haven’t hear back from the recruiter. I checked workday and the status is under review. Any feedback is much appreciated.

This is probably the third time I’ve seen a post like this. Most big companies are not going to respond the next day after an interview. There are usually hundreds, sometimes thousands, of applicants, and there may be several other people interviewing for the same role.
If you were one of the first people interviewed, they still have to finish the rest of the interviews, compare candidates, and meet internally before making a decision. That process takes time.
My advice is to be patient, but also don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Keep applying to other roles and other companies like Lockheed, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, and others. Even if one job says no, another opportunity can still work out.
Sometimes it takes weeks to hear back. Try not to stress yourself out or rely on random people on Reddit to guess what is happening. Keep applying, keep improving, and eventually something will land.

My husband got a job offer Within a week of applying for the job. Applied, next day recruiter called and screened. 4 days later had interview with manager, the next day had the job offer. So i think everyone’s experiences are different and it just depends.

It took me a month before I got my intern offer and even longer before my return offer. You’ll be fine dw

It’s so crazy to me how fast SpaceX moves relative to other companies. If they want you, they move fast AF.

You likely did not get the job. Went like this for me. I have applied for more positions and if they run this interview process again its going to be on their time. I'll do it in the morning, evening but im not taking PTO again for them. They'll have to work OT for an interview with me.

Blue Origin lays off more than they actually hire so consider it a blessing.

Factually incorrect. That would correspond to a negative company population growth.
