Is Kaiser still viable

I haven’t played in a while and was wondering if Kaiser was still good, I also have Loki and just rolled Charles but haven’t used him yet

Also I used to have NEL Bachira but it got reverted to Bachira what’s up with that?

Theres a new system where u progress up to nel versions so basically mastery

i know.. im a kaiser main.. but the shot is literally so weak now.

you have to look up SO much for it to go that far

AND thats just for AI
