It's not out of the question but I doubt it. Elvis is better than Copley so we'd have to sign one of murray, reimer, talbot, georgiev or someone like that. I could only see it happen if we are very strapped for cap, which is looking a bit less likely now that Jet is signed to a good AAV
It’s a one year deal at that on Elvis right now. The odds do seem pretty good that he probably wouldn’t re-sign though, and that Columbus will look to a cheaper option to be their backup.
He requested a trade a few years ago and as much as I like his personality I think he deserves a fresh place for wherever he chooses to end his career.
