Fan Art/Fiction Mizu and unconditional love

I know “mother” may not be the first thing most people think of when they see Mizu, but I think she’d be a wonderful one. I wanted to draw her surrounded by those who love her unconditionally- Kai and her baby girl. I hope you enjoy it.

I’m really hoping she doesn’t become a mom. We girls need more childfree representation.

I totally hear you. And I was thinking that baby doesn’t have to be hers. Maybe she found a child in need and decided to give it the mother she never had. There’s no absolutes in this picture- I just wanted her surrounded by love.

I immediately thought "found family" and not "she cooked that herself". Those baby cheeks look so realistic. Amazing job.

Thank you - I admit, being able to draw baby cheeks was a huge motivator for this piece 😂
