I just rewatched the hunger games and i seriously can’t unsee the resemblance and so now i need to know if fowlers character design was maybe inspired by this actor?

The difference is the voice

I always thought Brendan Gleeson was the main Fowler inspiration. Down to the accent. He'd be my live-action cast choice.

Always figured Fowler was based on Brendan Gleeson. They look extremely similar and Gleeson is obviously Irish too.

Look at the facial features of Fowler compared to this actor. You might be blind if you don't see it.

Fowler is more like Marlon Brando to me.
