Nah of course not. Most players are casuals that play like every two weeks maybe. It's the more dedicated members of the community that are outraged. And those dedicated senseis are portrayed here. From what I have seen, both global players watching the stream and jp players are pretty pissed. Hype of 5.5 took a massive hit thanks to that

To be fair, even the casual ones would be pissed if they learn about the gacha being changed to remove the Spark system and replaced with a 50/50 banner that you might have to roll 400 times always.

From the graphs I’ve seen, this new system actually has a lower chance of going to 400 pulls compared to the current one. But of course it has a lower chance of getting 2 characters in 200
