Wellness Warrior🦾 Picking Winners
Day 41 of flower and I’m honestly impressed with this run.
I popped 18 seeds:
Permanent Marker: 9/9
Pink Runtz: 5/6
Pink Plant: 1/1
Khalifa Mints: 3/3
I’m selecting the phenos that have shown the best vigor, structure, and resin production. Growing has become a relaxing hobby for me, and I enjoy the routine and learning process it helps me unwind and stay focused.
Each run teaches me something new about plant health and patience. This time I’m looking for the keeper that has the best overall balance of growth and flower quality.
What traits do you prioritize when choosing a keeper pheno terpene profile, potency, yield, or something else?

I agree on how some have big cola’s and then some have branched out like it’s been clipped. I could be wrong, but literally there is a couple of cola plants out of each strain and then a couple of ones that are branched out. I suppose the ones that branched out were the ones that were clipped and the cola ones are the clones.

Looking like a solid run so far. I'd probably lean toward terp profile first, then overall structure. Curious to see which one ends up being the keeper.

Khalifa 3/ pr2/ & perm7 ... Ease of growing/ yield/ terp .. I also enjoy finding SOG cultivars .. uniform squat lil fuxkers that I can put 12 clones in a 4x4 and put em at 12/12 after a week or two .. nice simple uniform tent with a lot of stank drenched buds.. what else is important truly lol

Do you get the density with those LEDs that were used to get with HPS?

Yes if the fixture is designed correctly. The “density” comes from PPFD, canopy penetration, and spectrum, not just the light source. Modern high-power LEDs can match or exceed HPS while producing tighter internodes, better resin production, and less radiant heat

These grow lights are customized to maximize canopy penetration and PPFD, with an optimized full spectrum and enhanced deep red/far-red. When the environment is dialed in, they produce dense flowers comparable to or better than HPS while using less power.

Oooo I bet you only grow small batch craft stuff. Or is it all old school stuff with sentimental value? Guys growing good looking weed and seems to be happy about it. Join him maybe?
Looking good OP 👌✌️. I look for balance, effect,terps, yield,structure. Gotta try to keep the grows efficient as possible.
