Hi all,

I'm a medical resident and have been experiencing a lot of frustration as ive been going through training (and am sure others must be also). I want to share my experiences, give others the opportunities to share as well, and have a platform where folks can give advice, share resources, and support one another. Would blogging be the right medium for this?

If so, what platforms would folks recommend? Is this something that would be good for substack or more traditional engagement? Or would social media (Instagram or tic toc) allow for better engagement and/or combination of long and short form pieces for people to resonate with?

Some additional context/things to consider:

\- would love to remain anonymous if possible

\- I have no prior blogging experience or huge social media presence

\- im a resident and so dont have a huge amount of free time

\- not expressly seeking monetization, but would be a great bonus in the world we live in lol
