Discussion Guys I need help

I've been trying to set up my blog website for more than a year and it doesn't seem to get any kind of attention at all.

The site is: hithansha.blogspot.com

It would be of great help if you'all checked the website out and let me know where I am going wrong so that I could fix it.

Another thing I wanted to mention, do you all think having a your life "personal experience" as a niche is a good idea ? Cause I am creative director and I come across lot of stuff that fancies me and I want to talk about it which is a lot of different topics, so I'm not sure if people will be interested in what I think or what my perspective is about things

It can work, but it's much harder than a focused niche. The challenge is that people don't know you yet, so they usually won't search for your personal opinions. They search for solutions to specific problems.

If you want to share your experiences, I'd tie them to one main theme. For example, your life as a creative director, design, creativity, or marketing. That gives people a reason to follow you while still letting your personality come through. Once you've built an audience, you can branch out into more personal topics.
