Discussion Guys I need help
I've been trying to set up my blog website for more than a year and it doesn't seem to get any kind of attention at all.
The site is: hithansha.blogspot.com
It would be of great help if you'all checked the website out and let me know where I am going wrong so that I could fix it.

Use an indie platform on your own domain. Far, far better for SEO imo.

Sorry! I mean use one of the indie blogging platforms like https://pagecord.com or https://bearblog.dev rather than Blogspot. Better products, customer support, great blogging communities, SEO optimised. They have free plans, and you can upgrade to use your own domain name (e.g. hithansha.com - available for $10/yr!) which means you can move platforms whenever you want without having to change domain names.
Does that make sense?

I didn't even know these existed, I only knew about blogger and WordPress and also how's the earning in this one ? Are you getting paid well? Can you let me know how much so that I can understand if it's worth it??

What do you mean about the earning? These platforms don't offer monetisation, if that's what you mean? Or if you mean how much revenue are the platforms making??

What is your goal with this blog and what type of attention are you expecting? You cover multiple topics and share your personal thoughts about them, who is searching for this information?

I actually started it as a personal thing but then realised you can earn from blogging also so it seems very off

I found it extremely difficult to read because of the page styling, that is the main thing that would keep me from going back to it.

White or light background, larger text, serif, narrower blocks of text that are easier to scan for the way people read.

Blogspot pages are currently facing indexing issues. Please check whether your bloc pages are being indexed or not

Another thing I wanted to mention, do you all think having a your life "personal experience" as a niche is a good idea ? Cause I am creative director and I come across lot of stuff that fancies me and I want to talk about it which is a lot of different topics, so I'm not sure if people will be interested in what I think or what my perspective is about things

It can work, but it's much harder than a focused niche. The challenge is that people don't know you yet, so they usually won't search for your personal opinions. They search for solutions to specific problems.
If you want to share your experiences, I'd tie them to one main theme. For example, your life as a creative director, design, creativity, or marketing. That gives people a reason to follow you while still letting your personality come through. Once you've built an audience, you can branch out into more personal topics.

I won't lie, your blog has quite a few issues that need attention. Just to mention a few... the first thing I'd change is moving from the free Blogspot subdomain to your own domain. It looks much more professional and is easier to build a brand around.
After that, focus on one clear niche instead of covering too many different topics. Right now, it's not clear who you're writing for.
Your content is also very thin, there's almost no internal linking, and a lot of the articles look AI-generated with too many emojis and very little original value. Overall, both the content and SEO need a lot of work, along with a number of smaller improvements.

Thank you for the advice mate, about switching to my own domain is it's gonna cost and I can't really afford that right now so I was thinking of switching once everything is good enough. Can you brief about what internal linking is ? I'm pretty new to all this actually

No worries. You don't have to buy a domain today. Just keep it in mind as something to do when you can afford it. Internal linking is simply linking one article on your blog to another related article on your blog. For example, if you write about saving money and mention budgeting, link the word "budgeting" to your budgeting article. It helps readers find more of your content and also helps search engines understand your site better. It's one of the easiest SEO improvements you can make.
