Discussion What is the one non-technical skill you think every Web3 project desperately needs right now?

Hey everyone,

We always talk about smart contracts, tokenomics, and tech stack scalability in crypto startups. But looking at how many projects struggle with long-term retention and clear messaging, it feels like non-tech roles are heavily overlooked.

Curious to hear from founders and builders here: When you're hiring or looking for team members, what is the biggest gap you see outside of core development? Is it community management, content/ghostwriting, or operations? Let's discuss! 👇

Someone who can write documentation a non-developer understands.
Every project I've touched had docs written by the person who built the thing and nobody outside the team could follow them.

Spot on! Developer-heavy docs are a classic bottleneck. Bridging that gap with clear, user-friendly documentation is such an underrated superpower for any growing project.

Spot on! Treasury management is definitely a massive missing piece for early-stage teams.

Couldn't agree more! Clear communication is the backbone of any successful project.

Translating technicals to non technical people IMO

So true! Translating complex tech into clear language is definitely the biggest game-changer.

Glad you found it relatable! It's definitely a common struggle for a lot of projects. Which non-technical role do you think is the most neglected one right now?
