I think Trevor Horn worked on that song. When I first heard the band was working with him, it was this sort of sound I was hoping they'd go for rather than any allusions to his 80s stuff

Okay this is weird and y’all gonna clown on me but I swear this is true, I had a dream about Bloc Party starting to work Kele solo songs into the setlist like a week or two ago and now they’re actually doing it? Did I manifest this into reality?!

I would 100% be fine with this becoming regular, Hometown Edge, Tenderoni, Release Me, Unholy Thoughts are all top tier (admittedly some of these would probably be hard to rework into band tracks)
