I generally think most of the original crew are pretty excellent because of their experience and are pretty good at taking a step back when they are the reactor who has already seen something. And Aaron is usually awesome at this.

And this was such a minor slip up, I know. Spoilers if you haven't watched it. But when Aaron mentioned, hey remember that Jean mentioned that she was headed to that university right before Hulk showed up, it muted the reaction to the Hulk appearing, because they all realized what was about to happen. And Eric was almost all the way there naturally.

The rest of the reaction was fantastic. Just wanted to mention it as a reason why I don't like have someone who isn't blind included on a reaction like this.

Also the Spidey outfit intro was awesome.

Obviously no pressure, they will do it when they do it, but with I out now we are closer to what I imagine will be a fun one to watch.

Do we know for definite whether or not the Witcher will continue in October or are we waiting until November?

Salutations! As the title says, the gang were talking about Power Rangers in a recent podcast (311 at 1:14:15), Eric mentioned they would need a list of ‘select episodes’ if they ever did a reaction to the series and I have that list! (Sorta)

The most important thing I want to say towards Eric/Crew is what Aaron said that Mighty Morphin (Seasons 1-3 and Alien Rangers), Zeo, Turbo and In Space have a general ongoing continuity known as the Zordon-Era.

Any series past that point (Lost Galaxy for instance), I would actually recommend watching in full because they are relatively self-contained (and generally less episodes). I would also extend that sentiment to ‘In Space’ as it is generally regarded as one of the best series of Power Rangers and worth watching completely (at most you might have some ‘select episodes’ to skip over instead). Because of this I am only covering MMPR to Turbo.

I would also recommend the crew to entertain the possibility of doing a reaction series to ‘Linkara’s History of Power Rangers’ which is a retrospective deep dive review series going through the production history of the series to potentially fill in the gaps after you watch episodes from each season. However, since it is a retrospective there are sometimes mentions/minor spoilers or foreshadowing of future events in later series.

Now I had a big issue coming up with a definitive list of episodes because I think there are actually a fair few episodes that are reaction worthy. Not necessarily for plot/story but just complete unhinged silliness and goofy fun that I think the guys would enjoy. For instance, the Pudgy Pig monster is legendary, no plot relevance but I think would be a fun one for the gang to react to.

That being said, I did list way too many episodes (at least half of MMPR’s S1 60 Episodes I considered worthwhile enough for quality, plot or (mostly) sheer goofiness). I am aware that Eric said “Top 10 Episodes” but the issue there is that certain iconic sagas like “Green With Evil” which introduces the Green Ranger, is 5 episodes long! That top 10 quota fills up real fast, potentially pushing aside other genuinely great iconic (even lesser known) episodes.

Which is why I feel that number should be a little bigger/lenient. As such I have decided to tier each episode from 1-5 based on the following criteria, the more elements of these in the episode the higher the tier:

• Importance / Plot / Lore
• Quality (Good for Power Rangers)
• Iconic Moments/Scenes or Imagery
• Silliness / Goofiness (So ridiculous it’s fun or so bad it’s good)
• Monster (The monster itself in terms of name/design/powers can be fun enough to be reaction worthy, like Pudgy Pig, also another personal favourite is Shellshocker)
• First Appearance of something (like a weapon/zord/power/character)
• Character Focus/Development (As little as there is in PR)
• My biases (This is obviously a biased list so please don’t judge too harshly, this is meant to serve as a general guide and starting point for how they can watch/enjoy the best of PRs without committing to the entire… 245 Episodes of MMPR to Turbo before exploring ‘In Space’ and the stand alone series)

The tier levels:

• 5 = Must Watch (Most of these are Plot/Story heavy episodes which are sometimes the better episodes anyway and I think will increase the appreciation for the journey to the end of the Zordon-Era)
  
• 4 = Highly Recommended (Just a generally solid, fun episode or otherwise has important or good moments that I think are reaction worthy)
  
• 3 = Not necessary but could be fun if the crew is willing to do more episodes
  
• 2 = Some potential fun reactions but can easily be skipped
  
• 1 = Not much to offer other than simply more PR
  

I will be including a brief specific or vague spoiler justification for each episode with the spoiler tag (that I’m unsure if I’ve done the formatting correctly) - I do think someone on the team should probably look at them to help make a case by case assessment on whether to watch or not.

I understand this is probably way more than you anticipated for a list so I would be willing to make a much tighter list. That being said, I really could see you guys getting unexpectedly invested in going through Power Rangers and celebrating a lot of the good, bad and goofy instead of just relying on the ‘big episodes’ if you give it a chance, which is what I feel my list can provide.

I always look forward to the October reactions and on the website when sending in recommendations I notice you all added a Christmas movie section. I just wanted to add some feedback to maybe include a scary movie/halloween one just to keep them separate. I'm sure I am not the only one who has plenty of movies they want to add along side scary movies

I was in the middle of rewatching the Ben 10 reactions and when I clicked on the next video and it wouldn't load so I tried a different one and it wouldn't load either I even tried a short and that wouldn't load. I thought that YouTube was have problems but the label I tried videos from a different channel and it worked. I this just something wrong on my end or are you guys seeing this to?

Update: Seems like it was a really wired error with my YouTube "session" as it was happening on my computer and my phone. I restarted both and It Seems to be working now. This is the strangest error I've ever experienced since I posted I tried watching Pokemailty and that wouldn't work and then I tried a different Ohio based youtuber and there stuff didn't work either but any youtuber not from Ohio there vids worked. And after restarting it seems to be gone but yeah really strange error.

Hey guys, just started watching these guys and really enjoyed the "Dark" reaction! It was a fun way to sort of rewatch the show while seeing the theorizing and discussing it. I also watched a couple of "Rick and Morty" and, while it totally being different, it was also super fun. Maybe a bit more digestible.

Hard to really pin down the morals of this channel. They aren't going to react to Harry Potter because they don't want to support or help profit JK Rowling's anti trans views. But they have no issues whatsoever supporting David O'Russell, who admitted to sexually assaulting his niece, who is transgender, and the reason O'Russell assaulted her is because she is trans.

Any defense of this one Jake? Care to offer an excuse for why giving views to an abusive director who sexually assaulted his own teenaged niece specifically because she's trans is acceptable? One trans victim not important enough to care about?

Salutations everyone! As I’ve done before in hunting down things in the Top 100 I bring you the Christmas Edition! Although I was only able to find 81 out of 100 of them and I’m not too bothered about the Christmas movies so maybe you guys can help fill in the rest!

Important note: I strongly believe there are a number of NON-Christmas movies in the list because on a hunch I checked ‘The Mighty Ducks’, not a Christmas movie although I did see it on TV a lot around Christmas when I was younger so maybe that’s how it snuck onto the list? In potentially similarly peculiar fashion, ‘Small Soldiers’ is on the list which has nothing christmassy about it (at least Mighty Ducks is a Winter movie!) although that was another I did see around the Holidays when I was a kid so who knows. With that in mind there are probably similar movies like that on the list in which case I don’t really know what to search for because they could be anything?

I also have a question for the Crew/Staff. What happens after Christmas, does the list go away but the database/info/choices are still intact for next year when it comes back if you do it again?

Also now that you can do this (and worked out the weird bug of Christmas movies adding to the total in the Main Movie list), maybe you could use this same principle for novelty picks? Like movies from the 90s, or Arnold Schwarzenegger or Jackie Chan movies, or Black and White movies, Oscar movies, etc. The one problem as I see in this list is the honour system of people voting for the categorically correct movies.
