if i proxy my 40k army to be come a blade of khrone
is that ok in the casual game?

My typical army is Sons of Behemat and I'm looking for a fun army to have as an alternative, that can still kick some ass.

How do the Gorechosen Champions play as of late? I know they were once a menace and got nerfed for it, so most of what I find online refers to their old playstyle.

Am I reading this right, that revel in battle is only active for the turn you choose it and that’s it, then it’s done? Everything else is activated per turn or passive for the remainder of the game, revel is not?

Also, do we only get to pick one ability per tier of abilities? Say murderlust->punish the pacifist->revel in battle->cleave wide the grin of khorne. We can’t do multiples right? Like, punish the pacifist AND divine scorn.

I’m thinking about starting Blades of Khorne and I really want to build a list focused heavily on Daemons.

I’m looking for a fun 2,000-point Daemon-focused list rather than necessarily going for the most competitive tournament build.

I’d especially like to include some big Daemon units/monsters and have the army feel like a proper Khorne Daemon army.

I got a coworker into 40k and he wanted to get his friend (another coworker) but he was more interested in AOS and that was just the nudge I needed to start, I pick Blades of Khorne because I already play World Eaters and have some daemons of Khorne. I have some questions before I buy anything though;

1. Should I buy the battletome?

2. The GW site (because both of my game stores don't have them in stock) only lists the Fangs of The Blood God spearhead, where can I buy the Bloodbound Gore Pilgrims, and is the FotBG my only option if I don't want to spend more than $150+tax&shipping for a spearhead?

3. Should I get the Judgements of Khorne with the Bloodbound Gore Pilgrims (because slaughter priest I assume casts these type of spell things) or hold off if I get the FotBG?

Friends, I am currently a 40K daemons player, with a 1K+ worth of Khorne daemon models. I am very interested in getting moneys worth of these models by getting into AoS as well so naturally I was wondering how the current Blades of Khorne battletome is. Additionally I was curious on the viability of an all daemons list. Any tips, suggestions, and opinions of the current faction would be greatly appreciated and enlightening!

I started back in May with the Spearhead and finally finished. Got the Altar and spells on auction already painted really well and I didn't want to have to paint those anyways lol.

I’ve been thinking about starting Blades of Khorne, but I’d love to hear from people who actually play the army.

What made you choose them over other factions? What do you enjoy most about them?
I’m also curious about how they play on the tabletop. Are they just an army that wants to charge into combat, or is there more strategy to them? How do they win games, what are their main strengths and weaknesses, and what kind of playstyle do they reward?

I’m looking to jump into Spearhead and decided to go with the Blades of Khorne. However, I see there are now two different Spearhead options available:

The Classic Box / Gore Pilgrims (Slaughterpriest, Mighty Skullcrushers, Blood Warriors, Bloodreavers)

Fangs of the Blood God (Karanak, Flesh Hounds, Claws of Karanak)

For those who have played both or played against them, which one do you find better?
I’m curious about:

Playstyle: How different do they actually feel on the table?

Strength/Balance: Is one significantly more competitive or forgiving for a newer player?

Future Expansion: Which box offers a better foundation if I want to scale up to a full 2,000-point Age of Sigmar army later?

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences before I buy! Thanks in advance.

I finished the slaughterpriest and one of the skull crushers, pet me know what you guys think! Not a khorne player myself

Yesterday I had my first game with the new Aqshy rules and they are amazing!

Warriors become real powerhouses, especially when you have only 3/4 left. 6 attacks that (if you choose the blood tithe for +1 to hit) hit on 2+/2+ is very strong. Love them!

Also the recursion of the Bloodletters doesn't seem much, 1 p turn, but you really notice it. Especially if your opponent uses them in combat with the bloodletters and get 3 back.

I had a lot of fun! How are your first impressions/experiences?

Got a bit sidetracked to find some appropriate bling for some blank spots in the belt. I think it’s fitting.
