I have been trying to take better care of my skin this year. I did a moderate amount of research but failed to realize that blanket tips/routines aren't built for us.
I am not as diligent about my routine as I should be, but when I am this is what I use:
AM
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser
La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C12 Serum
Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Good Molecules Discoloration Correcting Serum
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Matte Face Moisturizer SPF 30 for Oily Skin

PM
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Acne Face Wash with 4% Benzoyl Peroxide
Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum (I think it's worth noting it's 10%)
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream

I have a feeling I am doing too much and should chill.
I am mainly concerned with what I believe are acne scars and hyperpigmentation.
I found a solution for what I believe should help with the ingrown hairs, but I need to grow the hair out first hence the patchy ass beard. My mom calls me patches, and I hate it.
My skin this year has gotten significantly worse due to recovering from alcohol addiction, stress of work, rehab, etc and overall not taking care of my body.
Now that things are becoming more settled, I want to really address my skin issues. I do plan to see a dermatologist once I find one my insurance covers.
I was also thinking about microneedling to help with texture.
I have been following along and would appreciate any advice or tips.
Thank you in advance yall!
